Support
Quick answers for opening map files, switching map sources and exporting your work.
A file does not open
Confirm that the file ends in .kml or .kmz. A KMZ archive must contain at least one valid KML document. Password-protected or damaged archives cannot be read.
The street map is blank
Select OpenStreetMap and approve online map access. Check your Internet connection or switch to Offline Light Canvas or Offline Dark Canvas to keep inspecting the file without tiles.
A feature is hard to find
Clear the search and type filter, choose Show all, then use Fit. Hidden folders and placemarks remain hidden until you make them visible.
An export is missing
Choose PNG, GeoJSON or normalized KML, then select a writable folder in the Windows Save dialog. The app never uploads or stores a second copy for you.
